Nothing to do with Mexico - or slang as far as we know - the inaptly named Mexican Slang are a psych punk three-piece who hail from the Toronto area of Canada.
Fronted by Annabelle Lee, they unveil a track from their upcoming debut EP, 'Inside The Velvet Castle', which is out on July 15 via Buzz Records. Take a listen below to the two-minute blast of hazy garage rock.
Mexican Slang play two live dates this month in Toronto: June 18 at Smiling Buddha, with fellow Toronto outfit Greys, and June 21 at The Great Hall.
